Two ways to understand
your pet more deeply
The Cosmic Pet is an independent editorial project at the intersection of pet astrology and animal cognitive science — because the stars and the data tell the same story.
What we do
The Cosmic Pet explores two complementary dimensions of the human-animal bond: astrology and cognitive science.
On the astrology side, we research and publish in-depth content about zodiac profiles for dogs and cats, compatibility between pet signs and owner signs, and how celestial frameworks illuminate the personality and relational dynamics of our animals — across 6 languages, 1,900+ articles.
On the science side, our Pet IQ Lab offers cognitive assessment tools that measure the actual intelligence profile of dogs and cats — curiosity, problem-solving, social awareness, memory — based on behavioral science research. Because understanding your pet means looking at both the stars and the data.
Our editorial philosophy
We believe the relationship between a pet and their owner is one of the most underestimated forces in a person's life. It shapes daily rhythms, emotional regulation, and even life decisions — yet it rarely gets the thoughtful, nuanced attention it deserves.
Astrology gives us a shared language to talk about personality, compatibility, and tension in a way that feels accessible and non-judgmental. We use it as a lens, not a dogma — always grounded in observation, always curious, never prescriptive.
Research-first
Every profile draws on astrological tradition and animal behavioral science.
Multilingual
Published in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Chinese.
Pet-first
We write for the animal. Understanding them better is always the goal.
Independent
No investor pressure, no clickbait. Just honest content about animals and stars.
Stars and science — why both?
The question we get most often about astrology is: do you really believe in this? Our answer is always the same — we believe in the value of paying deep attention to your animal. Astrology is a framework for observation, not a dogma. Use it as a lens and you'll notice things about your pet you'd otherwise miss.
The question we get about Pet IQ is: can you really measure a cat's intelligence? Yes — not as a single number, but as a multidimensional profile. Curiosity, social awareness, spatial reasoning, memory. These are real, measurable things. Knowing them changes how you interact with your animal.
Whether you come for the stars or the science, you leave with a better understanding of who your pet actually is. That's the only outcome we care about.
